I work as an Executive Coach in providing a safe, confidential, space and a sounding board for leaders who want change in their work lives and sometimes in their home lives also. I assist them in setting specific, measurable goals in their key focus areas and we measure progress as the coaching engagement proceeds.
Our Story
Joe has a background in senior management up to and including CEO level where he honed his leadership style and skills. A keen interest in self-development and people development led him into the coaching profession. Joe is a Professionally Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and a qualified Coach Supervisor with the University of Middlesex, supporting the development of practicing coaches.
